We strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once your order is placed, it is promptly processed for shipment.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs, including Economy, Standard, and Expedited services. Delivery times are approximate and begin after your order has been processed. Processing typically completes within 24 to 48 hours of order placement. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Order Tracking & Delivery Issues
After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website. If you encounter any delivery issues or have special instructions, please visit walktogetherco.com for assistance.
For security purposes, expedited shipping services may require matching shipping and billing addresses. Some restrictions may apply to certain products or destinations.
International Shipping
Currently, we are only able to ship orders to destinations within the United States. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause international customers.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons, we provide estimated order deadlines to help your gifts arrive on time. These are guidelines, and we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date for any shipping service.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, you may return it for a refund or exchange under the following conditions.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The merchandise must be received by us within 30 days from the original order date.
- Items must be in new, unworn condition.
- All original packaging, including the shoebox, must be included. The shoebox must be in its original, unmarked, and untaped condition.
- For mail returns using our provided label, a return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
Returns made directly at one of our retail locations are free of charge.
Return Process
Initiating a return is simple:
- Start your return through our Online Return Center. You will need the email address used for the purchase or your order number.
- Follow the step-by-step instructions.
- You will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email if you choose a mailed return.
- Securely package the item. To protect the original shoebox during transit, please place it inside another shipping box or a poly mailer.
- Ship the package or bring it to one of our stores.
If a return is denied for any reason, you will be notified. You will have a specified period to arrange for the prepaid return shipment of the item.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Late Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via walktogetherco.com for support, even if it is outside the standard return window.
Gift Returns
Gift returns are simple. In our Online Return Center, select the “Returning a gift” option. Enter the required order details to initiate the return. The original gift giver will not be notified of the return.
In-Store Returns & Exchanges
You are always welcome to return or exchange items at any of our physical retail locations. Our store associates will be happy to assist you.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once we receive and process the return. Please allow time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
